About Pastor Michael
Pastor Michael Bannon was the teaching pastor at CrossRoads Community
Church of Naples from 2005 -2017. Pastor Michael is a Canadian by birth.
He is a trained animator having worked for several years as a key
animator for The New Adventures of Scooby Doo and The Flintstones for HannaBarbera
(that and a five dollar donation will get you a cup of coffee with him at a
local Starbucks). Pastor Michael is also an accomplished musician having played
in clubs and cruise ships for several years, and now uses his abilities as a guitarist
in worship services and local jazz jams. He received his Master of Divinity degree
from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield IL and has been a pastor
since 1992. He has been involved as a leader and teacher in community men’s
ministries like The New Canaan Society and GAP, as well as teaching men in
weekly Bible studies in coffee shops. Pastor Michael had a radio show Sundays on
98.9 WGUF called Life Questions with Pastor Michael, where he answered from
the Bible questions about life and questions about the Bible as it applies to life.
Life Questions ran from 2012-2016 with over 200 shows. Pastor Michael and his
wife of 31 years, Teresa, will soon relocate to Navarre, FL to lead a church start-up
